| Abstract: | Використання нутріцевтиків, зокрема пробіотичних препаратів, покращує стан здоров’я та продуктивність курчат-бройлерів. Пробіотики допомагають оптимізувати травлення та засвоєння поживних речовин, внаслідок цього покращується якість м᾽яса за рахунок оптимального балансу амінокислот і жирних кислот у м᾽ясі курчат-бройлерів [2]. Важливий аспект дотримання оптимального вмісту сирого білка в раціоні курчат-бройлерів, адже він забезпечує будівельний матеріал для росту м’язів та інших тканин. |
| Description: | The use of nutraceuticals, in particular probiotic preparations, improves the condition health and performance of broiler chickens. Probiotics help to optimize digestion and assimilation of nutrients, as a result of which the quality of meat improves due to the optimal balance of amino acids and fatty acids in the meat of broiler chickens [2]. An important aspect of maintaining the optimal content of crude protein in the diet of broiler chickens, because it provides the building material for the growth of muscles and other tissues. |
