| Description: | The educational film considers the main technological processes of manufacturing natural vegetables preserves at a complex-mechanized line. The educational film is made with the aim of applying visual methods in learning material in specialized cycle subjects for students of specialty 5.05170108 “Preservation, canning and processing of fruit and vegetables”, namely in “Technological equipment of the branch”; “Technology of fruit and vegetables processing”. The film assists in better learning of material. The educational film can be utilized for students of higher educational institutions. Time is 13 minutes. DVD. |
