| Abstract: | Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено комплексному аналізу технологічних процесів виробництва свинини на базі ТОВ «МАРЛЕН-КД» та подальшої переробки сировини в умовах ТДВ «М’ясокомбінат «Ятрань». У процесі дослідження детально вивчено етапи промислового вирощування свиней, особливості механізації виробництва та ефективність застосування сучасних систем міжпородного схрещування. Встановлено, що високий рівень автоматизації всіх технологічних ланок на підприємстві забезпечує низькі витрати праці та дозволяє досягти рівня рентабельності у 18,1%. |
| Description: | The qualification work is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the technological processes of pork production on the basis of LLC "MARLEN-KD" and further processing of raw materials in the conditions of the TDC "Meat Plant "Yatran". In the process of research, the stages of industrial pig breeding, the features of production mechanization and the effectiveness of the use of modern interbreeding systems were studied in detail. It was established that the high level of automation of all technological links at the enterprise ensures low labor costs and allows achieving a profitability level of 18.1%. |
