| Abstract: | У даній статті вивчалося питання якості коренеплодів буряків цукрових при зберіганні. Визначальним фактором ефективності бурякоцукрового виробництва є вихід цукру на заводі. Коренеплоди характеризуються різкою зміною технологічної якості залежно від районів бурякосіяння, агрометереологічних умов року, технології вирощування й умов зберігання. Вони легко пошкоджуються при збиранні та транспортуванні, відносно погано зберігаються. Фізичні властивості коренеплодів залежать в основному від налаштувань бурякозбиральних машин, погодних умов у період збирання, а хімічні властивості – від сортових особливостей й агротехніки вирощування. |
| Description: | This article studied the quality of sugar beet roots during storage. The determining factor in the efficiency of beet sugar production is the output of sugar at the plant. Root crops are characterized by a sharp change in technological quality depending on the areas of beet cutting, agrometeorological conditions of the year, growing technology and storage conditions. They are easily damaged during collection and transportation, and relatively poorly stored. The physical properties of root crops depend mainly on the settings of beet harvesters, weather conditions during the harvesting period, and the chemical properties depend on varietal characteristics and agricultural cultivation techniques. |
