Abstract: У статті обгрунтовано необхідність формування інформаційної системи як чинника ресурсного потенціалу підпри­ємства, що дозволяє підприємству знизити ризик невизначеності під час прийняття управлінських рішень. Визначено характерні особливості інформаційного забезпечення товаровиробників аграрної сфери в сучасних умовах господарю­вання. Запропоновано комплексну маркетингову інформаційну систему прийняття та обгрунтування управлінських рішень.
Description: The article substantiates the need for the formation of an information system as a factor of resource potential of the enterprise, which allows the company to reduce the risk of uncertainty in making management decisions. Characteristic features of information support of agricultural producers in modern economic conditions are determined. A comprehensive marketing information system for making and justifying management decisions is proposed.
