| Abstract: | Вивчено вплив згодовування комбікормів, збагачених селеном, на хімічний склад, енергетичну та біологічну цінність грудних і ножних м'язів 75-денних гусенят горьківської породи. Дещо кращі показники якості м'яса були у птиці, в раціони якої вводили селен в дозі 0,4 мг/кг. |
| Description: | The influence of all-mash enriched with selenium on the chemical ingredients, its biological and energetic value of the chest and foot muscles of 75-days burned geese of Gorki breed is studied. A little bit better of quality meat indexes had geese that used 0,4 mg/kg of selenium in their rations. |
