| Abstract: | Вивчено вплив згодовування комбікормів, збагачених селеном, на хімічний склад, енергетичну та біологічну цінність грудних і ножних м'язів каченят української білої породи. Біологічну цінність м'яса визначали мікрометодом з використанням тест-організму інфузорії Тетрахімени піріформіс. Результати досліджень підтвердили, що біологічна цінність м'яса птиці дослідних груп виявилася вищою, ніж контрольної. Встановлено, що кращі показники якості м'яса мала птиця, в раціони якої вводили селен в дозах 0,4 і 0,6 мг/кг. |
| Description: | The influence of all-mash enriched with selenium on the analysis energetic and biological value of the ducklings' chest and foot muscles of Ukrainian breed is studied. The biological value of meat was determined by micromethod with the use of test -organism of infusorian of Terakhimeny piriformis. The research results confirmed that bilogical value of meat of experimental bird were higher, than control one. It is established that better meat qualities indexes had poultry that had 0,4 and 0,6 mg/kg of selenium in their rations. |
