| Abstract: | The article substantiates the role and importance of land-mortgage lending for agricultural enterprises. It has been established that a land loan is one of the safest and safest ways to obtain longterm investment. The risks of the credit and financial system in the functioning of the mortgage lending mechanism and in the provision of agricultural land are systematized. |
