| Abstract: | Вивчено вплив селеніту натрію та сел плексу на хімічний склад м’яса свиней. Доведено, що введення органічного селену у вигляді сел плексу у кількості 0, 3—0, 4 мг селену на 1 кг сухої речовини раціону сприяє підвищенню в їх м’ясі вмісту заліза, міді, цинку та зниженню вмісту кадмію, свинцю і ртуті. |
| Description: | The effect of sodium selenite and plexi salts on the chemical composition of pig meat has been studied. It is proved that the introduction of organic selenium in the form of sel plex in the amount of 0, 3 - 0, 4 mg of selenium per 1 kg of dry matter contributes to the increase in their meat content of iron, copper, zinc and reduce the content of cadmium, lead and mercury. |
