Abstract: У статті розглянуто новації Бюджетного кодексу України щодо формування доходів місцевих бюджетів, які є фінансовою базою органів місцевого самоврядування та вирішальним чинником регіонального розвитку. Проаналізовано склад, структуру, показники формування та розподілу доходів місцевих бюджетів. Сформульовані основні загрози фінансовій безпеці регіонів та запропоновано шляхи зміцнення фінансового підґрунтя місцевих органів влади.
Description: In the article the innovation Budget Code of Ukraine concerning the formation of local budgets, which are the financial base of local governments and the decisive factor for regional development. Analyzed the composition and structure, performance development and distribution of local budgets. The basic threat to the financial security regions. Ways of strengthening the financial basis of local government.
