| Description: | The article describes the nature and structure of socio-economic guarantees for the development of human capital at the initial stage of personal development, as well as describes the basic structural elements of the mechanism for ensuring the implementation of the principle of social justice and overcoming socio-class inequalities in the activation of investment in human capital in Ukraine. |
