Фінансове зaбезпечення сільськогосподарського виробництва

Abstract

У статті досліджено стан фінансового забезпечення вітчизняного агропродовольчого виробництва та визначена роль держави у вирішенні існуючих проблем. Обґрунтовано специфічність механізмів фінансового забезпечення агропродовольчого виробництва, що проявляється в п'яти формах: самофінансування (внутрішнє власне фінансування), кредитування, фінансування з бюджету (державна підтримка), акціонерне фінансування і змішане ризиковане фінансування (інноваційні фонди). Запропоновано напрями удосконалення системи фінансового забезпечення розвитку сільського господарства України з урахуванням нестабільної економічної ситуації. The article analyzes the state of financial support of domestic agro-food production and determines the role of the state in solving existing problems. The specificity of the mechanisms of financial support for agricultural production is substantiated, which is manifested in five forms: self-financing (internal self-financing), lending, financing from the budget (state support), equity financing and mixed risk financing (innovation funds). The directions of improvement of the system of financial provision of agricultural development of Ukraine are proposed taking into account the unstable economic situation.
