| Abstract: | Стаття аналізує сучасні процеси саморозвитку та самовиховання, як основні елементи системи суспільного виховання студентів, створення комфортного середовища для розвитку соціальних цінностей. Стаття характеризує студентське самоврядування , як ефективний творчий і виховний потенціал для сучасної молоді, демократичний спосіб організації студентського колективу, що передбачає формування лідерських якостей, комунікативних компетентностей. |
| Description: | The article analyzes the modern processes of self development and self-education as the main elements of the system of public education, creating of the comfortable environment for the development of social values. The article characterizes the student self-government as the effective creative and educational potential for the modern youth, as the democratic method of the organizing of the student body, that presupposes the formation of the leader qualities, of communicative compentencies. |
