Antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is one of the most serious global threats to human, animal,and environmental health and is currently recognized as a key problemfor healthcaresystemsworldwide. According to estimates by international organizations, the spread of resistantmicroorganisms leads to increased morbidity, mortality, and significant economic losses inthefields of medicine and animal husbandry.
