| Abstract: | Якість молока залежить від того, за яких умов його отримують, транспортують, зберігають і переробляють. Зокрема, важливими факторами, які впливають на якість та безпечність молока є гігієна утримання, годівлі, доїння, стан здоров’я корів, гігієна первинного оброблення молока, особиста гігієна та здоров’я людей - працівників молочнотоварної ферми чи господарів тварин власних підсобних господарств. |
| Description: | The quality of milk depends on the conditions under which it is received, transported, stored and processed. In particular, important factors that affect the quality and the safety of milk is the hygiene of keeping, feeding, milking, the state of health of cows, hygiene primary processing of milk, personal hygiene and health of people - employees of a dairy farm or owners of animals of their own subsidiary farms. |
