Abstract

Відкрите засідання гуртка «Технолог» присвячене актуальній темі – «Виробництво крохмалю в домашніх умовах». Захід проходив у формі майстер – класу, під час якого студенти не лише ознайомилися з теоретичними основами процесу, а й на практиці продемонстрували технологію отримання картопляного крохмалю. На засіданні гуртка розглянуто такі питання: властивості картопляного крохмалю, виробництво картопляного крохмалю в домашніх умовах та використання крохмалю. The open meeting of the Technologist group was dedicated to the current topic – “Home-made starch production”. The event took place in the form of a master class, during which students not only got acquainted with the theoretical foundations of the process, but also demonstrated in practice the technology of obtaining potato starch. The following issues were considered at the meeting of the group: the properties of potato starch, home-made potato starch production and the use of starch.
