Abstract

В публікації розглянуто публічне адміністрування у сфері освітніх послуг як діяльність представників публічного управління, спрямовану на встановлення, зміну або припинення прав і обов'язків учасників освітніх відносин шляхом прийняття нормативних актів, адміністративних рішень та виконання юридично значущих дій з метою задоволення потреб окремої особи, суспільства та держави. The publication examines public administration in the field of educational services as an activity of representatives of public administration, aimed at establishing, changing or terminating the rights and obligations of participants in educational relations through the adoption of normative acts, administrative decisions and the implementation of legally significant actions in order to meet the needs of an individual, society and the state.
