| Description: | ГЛАЗУРНА — (оригінатор – інститут картоплярства НААН, Україна). Ранньоспілий, столового призначення, має хороші смакові якості. Вегетаційний період становить 92 дні. Кущ середньої висоти, напіврозлогий. Стебла невисокі, листя світло-зелене. Квітки червоно-фіолетовий. Бульби подовжено-овальні, однорідні за формою, середня вага становить 80-90 г. Кількість бульб у кущі — 6-8 штук. Глибина вічок невелика. М’якуш бульб кремовий. Смакові якості дуже добрі — 8,6 бала. На думку вчених, сорт схожий на сорт Світанок київський. Уміст крохмалю в бульбах — 15,6-17,3%. Розварюється в перших стравах, прекрасно підходить для приготування пюре і печеної картоплі, а також з нього можна готувати картоплю-фрі. Сорт придатний для механізованого збирання. Стійкий до розтріскування і дуплистості бульб, до парші, бактеріальних гнилей і стеблової нематоди, а також до сухої фузаріозної гнилі. Рекомендується для вирощування в зонах Полісся і Лісостепу. / Glazurnaya - (originator - the Institute of Potato Growing of the National Academy of Sciences, Ukraine). Early ripening, table potato, has good taste. The growing season is 92 days. The bush is of medium height, semi-spreading. Stems are low, leaves are light green. The flowers are red-violet. The tubers are elongated-oval, uniform in shape, the average weight is 80-90 g. The number of tubers in the bush is 6-8 pieces. The depth of the eyes is small. The flesh of the tubers is creamy. Taste qualities very good - 8.6 points. According to scientists, the variety is similar to the variety Svitanok Kyivskyi. The starch content in tubers is 15.6-17.3%. It is boiled in the first courses, is perfect for making mashed potatoes and baked potatoes, and can also be used to make French fries. The variety is suitable for mechanized harvesting. It is resistant to cracking and hollowing of tubers, scab, bacterial rot and stem nematode, as well as dry fusarium rot. Recommended for cultivation in the Polesie and Forest-steppe zones. |
