| Abstract: | Узагальнено існуючі теоретичних положення формування стратегії розвитку підприємства. Для вирішення поставлених завдань у процесі дослідження було використано такі методи: методи емпіричного рівня такі як порівняння (для встановлення загальних ознак транспортно-експедиційних підприємств) та розрахунок (для точного знаходження параметрів, що характеризують підприємство); методи теоретичного рівня такі як синтез (для аналізу транспортно-експедиційного ринку в цілому) та дедукція (для розробки рекомендацій для підприємства на основі аналізу галузі); методи метатеоретичного рівня, наприклад, системний аналіз (для систематизації факторів, що впливають на просування підприємства на ринку). Теоретичною основою магістерської роботи є положення менеджменту, економічної теорії, логістики та процесного управління. Робота виконана на основі систематизованих статистичних даних Державної служби статистики України та основних показників діяльності транспортно-експедиторських підприємств України. |
| Description: | It has been investigated the theoretical provisions of formation of strategy of development of the enterprise. It has been used such methodical approaches, methods to solve the tasks in the research process: methods of empirical level such as comparison (to establish the general characteristics of freight forwarding companies) and calculation (to accurately find the parameters that characterize the company); theoretical level methods such as synthesis (for the analysis of the freight forwarding market as a whole) and deduction (for the development of recommendations for the company based on the analysis of the industry); methods of metatheoretical level, for example, system analysis (to systematize the factors influencing the promotion of the enterprise in the market). The theoretical basis of the master's thesis is the position of management, economic theory, logistics and process management. The work is perfonned on the basis of systematized statistical data of the State Statistics Service of Ukraine and the main indicators of activity of transport and forwarding enterprises of Ukraine. |
