| Abstract: | The activity of the state in ensuring the financial security of the insurance market and insurance companies, as its main participants, is carried out by: maintaining state registers of insurers and insurance intermediaries and licensing the activity of providing insurance services; regulatory regulation of the activities of insurance companies, their associations and insurance intermediaries; supervising the activities of insurance companies and insurance intermed iaries; application of measures of influence by authorized state bodies; carrying out other measures on state regulation of the insurance services market. |
| Description: | Діяльність держави у забезпеченні фінансового забезпечення страхування ринку та страхових компаній, як його основних учасників, здійснюють: ведення державних реєстрів страховиків та страхових посередників та ліцензування діяльність з надання страхових послуг; нормативне регулювання діяльності страхових компаній, їх асоціації та страхові посередники; нагляд діяльність страхових компаній та страхових посередників; застосування заходів впливу уповноважених державних органів; проведення інших заходів на державне регулювання ринку страхових послуг. |
