| Abstract: | У статті здійснено системний аналіз підходів науковців до визначення сутності та структури інноваційного потенціалу, запропоновано уточнене визначення інноваційного потенціалу підприємства, його структури та елементного складу носія, що сприятиме підвищенню ефективності управління формуванням та реалізацією інноваційного потенціалу підприємства. |
| Description: | The paper gives a systemic analysis of scientists’ approach to defining the nature and structure of innovation potential. There has been suggested the specified definition of innovation potential of an enterprise, its structure and elements structure of the bearer which would provide increase in forming and realization of an enterprise innovation potential management efficiency. |
