| Abstract: | Завдяки реформуванню системи публічного управління в Україні, відбувається активне залучення соціально активних верств населення до управління стратегічним розвитком громад. Поступово з’являються інститути громадянського суспільства, зазнають значних змін системи місцевого самоврядування та регіональні рівні управлінь. |
| Description: | By reforming the public administration system in Ukraine, there is an active involvement of socially active segments of the population to management of strategic development of communities. Institutions are gradually emerging civil society are undergoing significant changes in the local system self-government and regional levels of government. |
