| Abstract: | Вивчено вплив добавок у комбікорми різних доз селену на накопичення його в м'язовій тканині курчат-бройлерів, каченят і гусенят, які вирощуються на м'ясо. Встановлено, що з підвищенням рівня селену в раціонах підвищується і його концентрація в м'язах птиці, причому в м'язах ніг містилося цього мікроелемента більше, ніж у м'язах грудей. У той же час концентрація селену в м'ясі цих видів птиці не перевищувала максимально допустимого рівня цього мікроелемента в харчових продуктах. |
| Description: | The influence of additives in the mixed fodders of different doses of selenium on its accumulation in muscular tissue of young chickens, ducklings and goslings, which are breaded for meat, is studied. It was established that with the increase of selenium level in rations its concentration in the muscles of bird is also multiplied, thus the muscles of legs contained more of this element unlike pectoral muscles. At the same time concentration of selenium in meat of these types of birds did not exceed the maximum possible level of microelement in food products. |
