| Abstract: | Стаття присвячена проблемі підготовки магістрів з агрономії до професійно-педагогічної діяльності у вищому навчальному закладі аграрного профілю. Подано психолого-педагогічні характеристики професійної підготовки фахівців-аграріїв. Обґрунтовано значення щодо оволодіння магістрами аграрного профілю професійно-педагогічними знаннями, навичками та вмінням, що сприятиме професійному й особистісному зростанню, побудові індивідуальної освітньої траєкторії, вільного вибору власного професійно-педагогічного зростання |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the problem of preparation of masters in agronomy for professional and pedagogical activity in a higher educational institution of agrarian profile. Psychological and pedagogical characteristics of professional training of agrarian specialists are given. The importance of mastering by masters of agrarian profile professional and pedagogical knowledge, skills and abilities that will promote professional and personal growth, construction of individual educational trajectory, free choice of own professional and pedagogical growth is substantiated. |
