Description: | Effects of sodium selenite (0.2 mg / kg dry matter) and Sel-Plex (0.2, 0.3, 0.4 mg / kg dry matter) for meat production in the young pigs for fatteningis studied. It is shown that the introduction of organic selenium as Sel-Plex in the number of 0.3–0.4 mg selenium per 1 kg of dry matter diet promotes their meat content of iron by 23.1–26.9%, copper – at the 25.6–26.8 %, zinc – by 20.8–21.3 % and reducing cadmium by 29.7–35.1 %, lead – to 14.0–16.3% and mercury – to 18.8–19.2 % |
