| Abstract: | Спосіб очищення спор Bacillus anthracis у суспензії включає її приготування, витримування, центрифугування. Відбирають 3 см3 з поверхні надосадової рідини суспензії у стерильну пробірку, додають 5 см3 етилового спирту та витримують 65 хв. при кімнатній температурі, потім центрифугують при 5000 об/хв. протягом 10 хв. |
| Description: | A method of cleaning spores of Bacillus anthracis in suspension includes its preparation, keeping, centrifugation. Select 3 cm3 from the surface of the supernatant of the suspension in a sterile tube, add 5 cm3 of ethyl alcohol and stand for 65 minutes at room temperature then centrifuged at 5000 rpm. within 10 minutes |
