| Abstract: | Пшениця (Triticum aestivum L.) – одна з найважливіших серед сільськогосподарських харчових і кормових культур з моменту її створення, основа для харчування людини і має величезне економічне значення в усьому світі. Нині відомо більше 300 видів грибівпродуцентів мікотоксинів. Особливо небезпечними серед них вважають гриби родів Aspergillus, Fusarium та Penicillium. |
| Description: | Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) is one of the most important among the agricultural food and feed crops since its creation, the basis for human nutrition and has of enormous economic value worldwide. Currently, more than 300 species of fungi are known to produce mycotoxins. Particularly dangerous among them are mushrooms of the genus Aspergillus, Fusarium and Penicillium. |
