| Abstract: | Статтю присвячено дослідженню процесу виникнення, становлення та утвердження багатоступінчастої системи освіти як важливого фактора формування правосвідомості особистості епохи Середньовіччя. Особливу увагу автор приділяє вивченню впливу релігійних догматів та ідеологічних настанов, а також правового навчання на розуміння правил прийнятної поведінки індивідуума як характерної ознаки середньовічного періоду генезису соціуму. Згідно з результатами дослідження, автор робить висновок, що саме середньовічні університети стали основою для формування ефективної методології знання та навчальної системи, яка мала суттєвий позитивний вплив на розвиток правової свідомості студентської молоді. Вони не тільки стали моделлю сучасного класичного вищого навчального закладу, а й заклали основи наукової та освітньої діяльності у сфері формування правової свідомості населення, що є не лише формою суспільної свідомості, але й поєднана з політичними, моральними, філософськими та іншими формами свідомості та відбиває соціальне буття особи. |
| Description: | The article is devoted to the study of the process of the emergence, establishment and consolidation of a multi-stage system of education as an important factor in the formation of the consciousness of the personality of the Middle Ages. The author pays particular attention to the study of the influence of religious dogmas and ideological guidelines, as well as legal studies on the understanding of the rules of acceptability of the individual’s behaviour as a characteristic feature of the medieval period of the genesis of society. According to the results of the research, the author concludes that it was the universities of the Middle Ages that became the basis for the formation of an effective methodology of knowledge and teaching system, which had a significant positive impact on the development of the legal consciousness of student youth. They not only became a model of the modern classical higher educational institution, but also laid the foundations for scientific and educational activities in the field of formation of the legal consciousness of the population, which is not only a form of social consciousness, but also in combination with political, moral, philosophical and other forms of consciousness reflects social being. |
