| Abstract: | У статті проаналізовано особливості попиту на аграрну продукцію та продовольство. Встановлено, що у структурі споживчих витрат основна частка припадає на придбання продуктів харчування. Розраховані значення еластичності попиту на окремі види продовольчих товарів за споживчими цінами. |
| Description: | In the article the features of demand are analyzed on agrarian products and food. It is set that in the structure of consumer charges a basic particle is on acquisition of food stuffs. Values of elasticity of demand on the separate types of food stuffs at consumer price is calculated. |
