| Abstract: | Викладено результати досліджень показників якості та безпечності йогурту 2,5 % «Персик маракуйя» виготовлений за умов ПП «Сімол» під торговою маркою «Рокитяночка». При виконанні досліджень розглянуто питання товарознавчої оцінки та проведено органолептичні, фізико-хімічні та мікробіологічні дослідження з метою встановлення якості, натуральності та безпечності готового продукту. |
| Description: | The results of research on the quality and safety indicators of 2.5% yogurt "Persic Passion Fruit" manufactured under the conditions of PE "Simol" under the trademark "Rokytyanochka" are presented. When conducting research, the issue of product evaluation was considered and organoleptic, physicochemical and microbiological studies were conducted to establish the quality, naturalness and safety of the finished product. |
