| Abstract: | У тезах досліджено роль інституцій Європейський Союз у формуванні стандартів захисту прав людини у сфері трудової міграції. Проаналізовано основні напрями діяльності ключових інституцій ЄС у забезпеченні прав трудових мігрантів. Визначено63 значення судової практики Суд Європейського Союзу для забезпечення однакового застосування норм права та захисту прав трудових мігрантів. Встановлено, що діяльність інституцій ЄС спрямована на гармонізацію законодавства, запобігання дискримінації та забезпечення рівного доступу до соціальних і трудових прав. Обґрунтовано необхідність подальшого вдосконалення механізмів реалізації європейських стандартів у сфері трудової міграції |
| Description: | The theses examine the role of the European Union institutions in shaping human rights protection standards in the field of labour migration. The main areas of activity of key EU institutions in ensuring the rights of labour migrants are analyzed. The importance of the case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union for ensuring the uniform application of legal norms and the protection of labour migrants’ rights is determined. It is established that the activities of EU institutions are aimed at harmonizing legislation, preventing discrimination, and ensuring equal access to social and labour rights. The necessity of further improvement of mechanisms for implementing European standards in the field of labour migration is substantiated |
