| Abstract: | Метою дослідження є здійснення ОТГ права спільної сумісної власності в умовах реалізації права комунальної власності. Встановлено, що володіння і користування спільним майном ОТГ співвласниками спільної сумісної власності здійснюється спільно при відсутності іншої домовленості між ними. Право розпоряджатися таким майном ОТГ реалізується за згодою усіх співвласників, якщо інше не встановлене законом |
| Description: | The purpose of the study is to analyze the exercise by united territorial communities of the right of joint shared ownership in the context of the implementation of municipal property rights. It has been established that possession and use of jointly owned property by co-owners of joint shared ownership are carried out jointly in the absence of any other agreement between them. The right to dispose of such property is exercised with the consent of all co-owners, unless otherwise provided by law |
