| Abstract: | Досліджується протипухлинна, протизапальна, антиоксидантна, ранозагоювальна, спазмолітична, антикоагулянтна, антибактеріальна дія куркуміну. Встановлено, що куркумін пригнічує ініціацію, прогресування, метастазування пухлинних клітин, його терапевтичні властивості пов'язані з ферментами, транскрипційними факторами та факторами росту. Для покращення біодоступності доцільно використовувати наноформи лікарського препарату. |
| Description: | The antitumor, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, wound healing, antispasmodic, anticoagulant, antibacterial effects of curcumin are being studied. It has been established that curcumin inhibits the initiation, progression, and metastasis of tumor cells, and its therapeutic properties are associated with enzymes, transcription factors, and growth factors. To improve bioavailability, it is advisable to use nanoforms of the compound. |
