| Description: | Low temperatures in winter, and especially temperature fluctuations in the winter-spring period, negatively affect the development of blackberries in the conditions of the Right-Bank Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. Such weather conditions allowed for an objective assessment of the winter hardiness of introduced blackberry varieties in natural growing conditions. The results of the study showed that the winter hardiness of the introduced varieties of the ‘Blackberry’ variety was assessed as good, while the winter hardiness of the ‘Blackberry’ variety was assessed as poor. |
