| Abstract: | Оскільки я працюю у сфері ветеринарної медицини, а саме асистентом ветеринарного лікаря, я все частіше розумію, що наша професія - це не лише про тварин. Щодня ми маємо справу з людьми, які приносять не просто своїх улюбленців, а членів родини. І саме від того, як лікар зуміє знайти спільну мову з власником, часто залежить не лише якість лікування, а й сам результат. Адже підтримати потрібно не тільки кішку чи собаку, а й людину, яка в сльозах тримає ту переноску… |
| Description: | Since I work in the field of veterinary medicine, namely as a veterinary assistant, I increasingly understand that our profession is not only about animals. Every day we deal with people who bring not just their pets, but also family members. And it is precisely on how the doctor manages to find a common language with the owner that often not only the quality of the treatment, but also the result itself depends. After all, it is necessary to support not only the cat or dog, but also the person who holds that carrier in tears… |
