| Abstract: | У тезах розглядаються окремі аспекти затримання особи під час воєнного стану в державі, здійснюється аналіз чинних змін та доповнень, які стосуються порядку і умов затримання особи, яка підозрюється у вчинені кримінального правопорушення. Зокрема мова йшла про застосування положень статті 615 Кримінально процесуального кодексу України. |
| Description: | The theses consider certain aspects of the detention of a person during martial law in the state, analyze the current changes and amendments that relate to the procedure and conditions of detention of a person suspected of committing a criminal offense. In particular, the issue was the application of the provisions of Article 615 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. |
