У третій частині висвітлено вимоги стандартів стосовно товарних сортів якості конкретних овочевих рослин від яких залежить успіх у світових технологіях збирання, доробки ї логістики врожаю. Підручник написаний на основі світового досвіду в овочівництві і плодівництві. |
| Description: | The textbook consists of three parts. The first general part presents the current state of post-harvest processing of vegetables and fruits after their collection, logistics and marketing. The second special part highlights the principles of modern technologies for post-harvest processing of vegetables and fruits. The third part highlights the requirements of standards for commercial varieties of quality of specific vegetable plants on which success in global technologies for harvesting, processing and logistics of the harvest depends. The textbook is written on the basis of global experience in vegetable and fruit growing. |
