| Короткий огляд (реферат): | Найважливішою особливістю відтворювального процесу в сільському господарстві є його тісний взаємозв'язок із відтворювальним процесом в АПК країни. Проміжне положення сільського господарства, що перебуває у складі виробничо-економічних відносин ресурсовиробників і переробної промисловості, визначає його залежність від цих галузей щодо формування витрат і результатів виробництва. Встановлено, що інвестування як процес — це взаємодія між двома суб'єктами щодо залучення додаткових ресурсів з метою приросту капіталу. Водночас процес інвестування зумовлений можливостями створення не лише відповідного обсягу додаткових ресурсів, але й обсягу, більшого від початкової величини. Отже, в інвестуванні та виробництві є спільна заінтересованість у забезпеченні ефективного відтворення. Процес приросту капіталу забезпечується у рамках державної інвестиційної політики фінансовими інститутами або товаровиробниками. Доведено, що для відтворювального процесу інвестиційна діяльність — це формування ресурсів для виробничої стадії діяльності підприємства. Сільськогосподарські підприємства постійно потребують надходження інвестицій них ресурсів як для забезпечення поточної діяльності, так і для створення нових, модернізації діючих виробництв, освоєння нової техніки та технологій для виробництва якісної і конкурентоспроможної продукції. |
| Опис: | The most important feature of the reproduction process in agriculture is its close relationship with the reproduction process in the country's agroindustrial complex. The intermediate position of agriculture, which is a part of the production and the economic relations of resource producers and the processing industry, determines its dependence on these industries for the formation of costs and production results. It is proved that in the process of reproduction of agricultural products fixed assets and working capital are used, labor, which in the process of production of final products are spent partially or completely. It is established that investing as a process is an interaction between two entities to attract additional resources in order to increase capital. In this case, the investment process is due to the possibility of creating not only the appropriate amount of additional resources, but also the amount greater than the initial value. Thus, in investment and production there is a common interest in ensuring effective reproduction. The process of capital growth is provided within the framework of state investment policy by financial institutions or commodity producers. The system of investment in agriculture should be considered through the operating conditions, which include natural and climatic conditions (taking into account their impact on crop yields, livestock production, etc.), organizational and economic mechanism of management, as the form of management directly affects investment and reproduction In agricultural holdings, the issues of investment are dealt with by the top management, within the structure it is possible to redistribute investment resources, in agricultural cooperatives another source of investment is additional unit contributions, etc.), investment climate (regulatory regulation of investment), features of agriculture. It is proved that for the reproduction process investment activity is the formation of resources for the production stage of the enterprise. Agricultural enterprises constantly need investment resources both to ensure current activities and to create new ones, modernize existing industries, develop new equipment and technologies for the production of quality and competitive products. |
