| Abstract: | Систематизовано причини необхідності удосконалення системи державного регулювання ринку агрострахування. Виконано огляд міжнародного практичного досвіду формування систем державної підтримки сільськогосподарського страхування. Розглянуто нормативно-правові акти, що регулюють відносини у сфері страхування сільськогосподарської продукції. Акцентовано увагу на існуючих програмах захисту сільгосптоваровиробників від настання ризиків з боку держави. Здійснено оцінку сучасного стану ринку агрострахування в Україні та визначено перспективи його розвитку з використанням інструментарію державного регулювання |
| Description: | The reasons for the need to improve the system of state regulation of the agricultural insurance market are systematized. An overview of international practical experience in the formation of systems of state support for agricultural insurance is carried out. The legal acts regulating relations in the field of agricultural insurance are considered. Attention is focused on the existing programs for protecting agricultural producers from risks from the State. The author assesses the current state of the agricultural insurance market in Ukraine and determines the prospects for its development using the tools of state regulation |
