| Abstract: | Досліджено теоретичні, методичні та практичні аспекти формування та функціонування сучасної моделі мотивації персоналу у підприємствах. Розкрито особливості функціонування мотиваційного механізму у ТОВ «Антонівський м’ясокомбінат». Запропоновано напрямки вдосконалення системи мотивації праці працівників, шляхом впровадження передового зарубіжного досвіду, ширшого застосування нематеріальних форм мотивування працівників. |
| Description: | The theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the formation and functioning of a modern model of personnel motivation in enterprises are studied. The peculiarities of the functioning of the motivational mechanism in Antonivka Meat Plant LLC are revealed. Directions for improving the system of employee motivation are proposed, through the implementation of advanced foreign experience, wider use of non- material forms of employee motivation. |
