| Abstract: | Метою статті є розкриття проблем капіталізації природо-ресурсного потенціалу сільських територій,зумовлених відсутністю досконалого інституціонального середовища децентралізації управління,що не сприяє розвитку партнерських відносин між державою та підприємницькими структурами у сфері використання природо ресурного потенціалу сільських територій.Суть дослідження полягає у визначенні впливу удосконалення інституціонального середовища на капіталізацію природних та природно0господарських активів,які перебувають у державній та комунальній власності сільських територій. |
| Description: | The purpose of the article is to reveal the problems of capitalization of the natural resource potential of rural areas caused by the lack of a perfect institutional environment for decentralization of management, which does not contribute to the development of partnership relations between the state and business structures in the field of using the natural resource potential of rural areas. The essence of the study is to determine the impact of improving the institutional environment on the capitalization of natural and natural-economic assets that are in the state and communal ownership of rural areas territory. |
