| Abstract: | Досліджено сукупність теоретико-методичних та практичних аспектів управління фінансовою стійкістю підприємства. Встановлено, що ПП «Агро Потіївка» має достатньо стійкий фінансовий стан. Доведено, що найбільше відповідає дійсності прогнозування банкрутства за моделлю Терещенка: фінансова стійкість ПП «Агро Потіївка» порушена, проте за умови переходу на антикризове управління банкрутство йому не загрожує. На основі аналізу системи показників Бівера зроблено висновок, що ряд чинників негативно впливають на фінансовий стан підприємства. Аналіз скорингового індексу FinScore фінансової стійкості ПП «Агро Потіївка», який розраховується аналітичним відділом компанії YouControl, підтвердив, що протягом досліджуваного періоду спостерігалось зниження фінансової стійкості підприємства, що вказує на необхідність реалізації обґрунтованих і дієвих антикризових заходів. Обґрунтовано основні напрями удосконалення управління фінансовою стійкістю ПП «Агро Потіївка». |
| Description: | This thesis studies the set of theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of managing the financial stability of an enterprise. It establishes that "Agro Potiivka" PE has a sufficiently stable financial position. It proves that Tereshchenko's model of bankruptcy works best in this case: the financial stability of the enterprise is violated, but the bankruptcy can be avoided if the enterprise adheres to the anti-crisis management principles. Based on the analysis of indicators according to the Beaver's system, it concludes that a number of factors negatively affect the financial conditions of the enterprise. Analysis of the FinScore index, calculated by YouControl’s analytical department, confirms a decline in the company's financial stability during the period in question, which further supports the recommendation to implement well-founded and effective anti-crisis measures. This thesis substantiates the main directions of improving the management of financial stability of "Agro Potiivka" PE. |
