Abstract: | У роботі розкрито теоретичну сутність мотиваційної системи, вивчені методичні підходи до діагностики мотиваційної системи стимулювання персоналу організації, розроблено проєкт стимулювання ключових працівників. Обґрунтовано організаційно-прикладні засади вдосконалення мотиваційної системи стимулювання персоналу підприємства та надані рекомендації щодо її модернізації. |
Description: | The work revealed the theoretical essence of the motivational system, studied methodical approaches to diagnosing the motivational system of motivating the organization's personnel, and developed a project for motivating key employees. The organizational and practical principles of improving the motivational system for stimulating the company's personnel are substantiated and recommendations for its modernization are provided. |
