| Abstract: | Сорт Айдер відноситься до середньостиглих.Цибулини отримані із зубків 5 – 7 г без зрошування становлять 50 – 70 г, а в умовах зрошування до 100 г, що за густоти 200 тисяч рослин/га дає можливість отримувати 12 – 15 т/га товарних головок. За смаком сорт Айдер відноситься до гострих, але з більш лагідним присмаком, порівняно з сортом Любаша. Головки щільно прикриті 5 – 8 сухими білувато-рожевими лусками. У головці 4 – 6 великих зубків. |
| Description: | The Ayder variety is medium-ripe. Bulbs obtained from cloves of 5-7 g without irrigation amount to 50-70 g, and under irrigation conditions up to 100 g, which at a density of 200 thousand plants/ha makes it possible to receive 12-15 t/ha of marketable heads. According to the taste, the Ayder variety belongs to sharp, but with a milder taste, compared to the Lyubasha variety. Heads densely covered with 5-8 dry whitish-pink scales. There are 4-6 large ones in the head teeth |
