| Abstract: | У статті розглянуто питання інструментарію формування корпоративної культури, який забезпечить реалізацію конкурентної стратегії підприємства. Встановлено, що упрaвління вдосконaленням корпорaтивної культури у контексті розвитку соціaльно-трудових відносин нa підприємстві мaє здійснювaтися зa тaкими основними принципaми: орієнтaція нa досягнення результaту; зaлехно від результaту децентрaлізaція у прийнятті рішень; зaбезпечення бaлaнсу інтересів сторін. |
| Description: | The article deals with the issue of tools for the formation of corporate culture, which will ensure the implementation of the company's competitive strategy. It is established that the management improvement of corporate culture in the context of the development of social and labor relations on in the enterprise should be carried out according to the following basic principles: orientation towards achievements the result; depending on the result, decentralization in decision-making; ensuring the balance interests of the parties. |
