Аналіз біотехнологічного потенціалу лактобактерій у косметичних засобах

Abstract

Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено вивченню біотехнологічного потенціалу бактерій роду Lactobacillus, їх використання у косметичній промисловості, а саме використання у косметичних кремах. Об’єкт дослідження. У роботі обґрунтовано технологію біосинтезу пробіотичного мікроорганізму Lactobacillus. Представлено технологічну схему виробництва косметичного крему, що включає стадії вирощування і виділення культури та одержання біомаси бактерій роду Lactobacillus. Предмет дослідження. Обгрунтування вибору проведення біосинтезу біомаси лактобактерій та вибору ферментера для для напрацювання біомаси лактобактерій Дипломна робота включає метод отримання біомаси лактобактерій, блок схему виготовлення косметичних засобів на основі бактерій роду Lactobacillusта методики контролю стадій його виробництва.The qualification work is devoted to the study of the biotechnological potential of bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus, their use in the cosmetic industry, namely their use in cosmetic creams. Object of research. The paper substantiates the technology of biosynthesis of the probiotic microorganism Lactobacillus. The technological scheme for the production of cosmetic cream is presented, which includes the stages of growing and isolating the culture and obtaining the biomass of bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus. Subject of research. Rationale for the choice of biosynthesis of lactobacillus biomass and the selection of a fermenter for the production of lactobacillus biomass. The thesis includes a method of obtaining lactobacillus biomass, a block diagram of the production of cosmetics based on Lactobacillus bacteria, and methods of controlling the stages of its production.
