Стратегічне управління інноваційним розвитком організації: яку модель обрати

Abstract

Досліджено ефективність системи стратегічного менеджменту, його основні етапи. Крім того, зроблено наголос на принципи стратегічного управління та види стратегій. Особливу увагу приділено впровадженню інноваційної стратегії у систему управління підприємством, зокрема досліджено поняття «інноваційний процес» та загострено увагу дослідників до збільшення інтересу менеджерів до вирішення конкретних управлінських ситуацій з використанням економічних методів та побудови на основі їх моделей, у тому числі і інноваційних процесів.Керуючись науковими основами інноваційного менеджменту, аж ніяк не можна знехтувати комплексним підходом, який враховує технічні, екологічні, економічні, організаційні, соціальні, психологічні, а також при необхідності і політичні, демографічні тощо аспекти менеджменту. Якщо злегковажити одним з обов’язкових аспектів менеджменту, то проблема не може вважатися повністю вирішеною. В даній публікації автори акцентували увагу саме на екологічному аспекті менеджменту

The effectiveness of the strategic management system, its main stages, is investigated. In addition, strategic management principles and strategies are emphasized. Particular attention is paid to the introduction of an innovative strategy into the enterprise management system, in particular the concept of "innovative process" and the attention of researchers to increase the interest of managers in solving specific management situations using economic methods and construction on the basis of their models, including innovative processes.Guided by the scientific bases of innovative management, it is impossible to neglect a comprehensive approach that takes into account the technical, environmental, economic, organizational, social, psychological, as well as, if necessary, political, demographic, etc. aspects of management. If you are slightly one of the mandatory aspects of management, the problem cannot be considered completely solved. In this publication, the authors focused on the environmental aspect of management. In our opinion, the models of innovative chains are presented today, at least we have been explored, not fully reflect the scientific basis of innovative management, but more specifically its comprehensive approach. All the models of the models end either sales, economic growth or return of the capital of participants who implement innovative projects. We see that every innovative project, and hence the chain, should be completed or elongated, in our opinion, the phase -the disposal or processing of what has ended its life cycle.This is all the more important in view of Ukraine's obligations, taken on the Association Agreement with the EU. In particular, Articles 360 and 361 agreements state that the parties develop and strengthen cooperation on environmental protection and thus contribute to the realization of long -term sustainable development and green economy goals. Cooperation aims to preserve, protect, improve and reproduce the quality of the environment, protect public health, prudent and rational use of natural resources and promotion of measures at the international level aimed at solving regional and global environmental problems
