dc.descriptionThe grain separator contains a frame, a settling chamber and a grain cleaning unit, which has: a centrifugal pneumatic fan, a rotor with vibrating centrifugal sieves and grain spreaders of the centrifugal pneumatic fan and vibrating centrifugal cylindrical sieves placed in a casing with outlet trays of fractions; drives for rotation of the rotor and oscillatory movement of the sieves. The vibrating centrifugal cylindrical sieves are evenly divided along the height of the surface of the cylindrical sieves by non-perforated corrugated sections, the corrugations of which are made in the form of half-cylinders with vertices directed to the axis of rotation of the sieves, and have a height of about 0.01 m, and the distance between them is about 0.1 m. The utility model relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to separators for separating grain materials by size and aerodynamic properties of particlesuk_UA
dc.description.abstractСепаратор зерна містить раму, відстійну камеру і зерноочисний блок, який має: відцентровопневматичну віялку, ротор з вібровідцентровими решетами і розкидачами зерна відцентровопневматичної віялки та вібровідцентрових циліндричних решіт, розміщених в кожусі з вихідними лотками фракцій; приводи обертання ротора і коливального руху решіт. Вібровідцентрові циліндричні решета рівномірно розділені по висоті поверхні циліндричних решіт неперфорованими гофрованими ділянками, гофри яких виконані у вигляді півциліндрів з вершинами, направленими до осі обертання решіт, і мають висоту близько 0,01 м, а відстань між якими складає близько 0,1 м. Корисна модель належить до сільськогосподарської техніки, зокрема стосується сепараторів для розділення зернових матеріалів за розмірами і аеродинамічними властивостями частинокuk_UA
