Хімія є важливою складовою підготовки фахівців природничого та агробіолого технологічного профілю, зокрема у галузі лісового господарства. Вона формує фундаментальні уявлення про будову речовини, властивості хімічних елементів і сполук, а також закономірності перебігу хімічних процесів у природних екосистемах. У сучасних умовах зростає значення інтеграції хімічних знань із біологією, екологією та лісівництвом, що дозволяє більш глибоко розуміти функціонування лісових біогеоценозів.Chemistry is an important component in the training of specialists in natural sciences and agrobiological-technological fields, particularly in the area of forestry.
