Управління змінами у системі менеджменту аграрних підприємств

Abstract

Досліджені деякі особливості управління змінами у сільськогосподарських підприємствах. На основі аналізурізних підходів авторів здійснено теоретичне обгрунтування сутності категорій змін та управління змінами. Охарак-теризовані основні моделі управління змінами, які можуть бути застосовані у сільськогосподарських підприємствах.Визначені основні фактори, які визначають необхідність та спрямованість змін у аграрному секторі економіки, такіяк військові дії, технологічні інновації, екологічні проблеми, зв'язані із ведення сільськогосподарського виробницт-ва, стійка тенденція до деградації грунтів, кліматичні зміни, необхідність дотримання директив ЄС, які стосуютьсяведення сільського господарства як кандидата на вступ до ЄС. Запропоновані методи управління змінами, які мо-жуть бути застосовані менеджерами аграрних підприємств із врахуванням ресурсних можливостей та конкретноїуправлінської ситуації.

Some specific features of change management in agricultural enterprises have been explored. Based on the analysisof various authors' approaches, a theoretical justification of the essence of the categories of change and change managementhas been provided. It is noted that changes can be interpreted as different types of innovations introduced in anorganization with the aim of increasing its competitiveness and improving its adaptation to the market environment.The category of change management is reasonably considered as a specific management function, the essence of whichlies in the implementation of planning, organization, motivation, and control of changes aimed at the maximum adaptationof the organization to changing external environmental factors.The specific features of change management in agricultural enterprises, which stem from the industry-specificcharacteristics of the agrarian sector of the economy, have been revealed. The factors necessitating organizational changein agricultural enterprises are characterized, including the impact of military actions, technological innovations,environmental issues related to agricultural production, climate change, and the need for the implementation of relevantEU legislation in Ukraine. The directions of organizational changes are identified according to the nature of eachinfluencing factor. The main models of change management that can be applied by agricultural enterprise managers are examined. Thenecessity for managers to master modern methods of change management is substantiated, including approaches orientedtoward people and organizational culture, tasks and technologies, structure and strategy, as well as project-based methods.The stages of the change management process are outlined, beginning with the recognition of the need for organizationalchange, followed by the diagnosis of the current state of the enterprise, and concluding with the control over theimplementation of organizational changes.The tools for implementing changes in enterprises are proposed, including directive instruments based on negotiations,normative, analytical, action-oriented methods, and their combinations.
